Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Requests for returns or refunds outside these conditions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us. We’re happy to work with you to reach a fair resolution, whether that be a refund, return, or replacement.

Repairs

  • We offer complimentary repairs within 2 years of purchase, provided the damage is not due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.

Sizing Adjustments

  • Sizing adjustments are available free of charge prior to shipping.
  • If resizing is required after delivery, a small fee may apply, depending on the nature of the request.

Shipping Returns & Repairs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any associated charges.
  • If returning an item for repair or exchange, please package it securely in protective packaging to prevent damage.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot refund or replace items lost in transit.
