CUSTOM ORDERS

At Silver Seraph, we believe jewellery should be as unique as the person wearing it. Whether you're looking to personalise an existing design or dreaming up something entirely new - you've come to the right place.

Customise an Existing Design

We're happy to recreate any of our current or archival designs with your personal touch. This could include:
✦ Changing the metal or finish
✦ Swapping beads, stones, or other components for different colours or styles
✦ Lengthening or shortening the design

Customisations typically take 1-2 weeks, though this may be longer if materials need to be specially sourced. The expected completion time will be confirmed prior to payment.

Customisations to existing designs are charged at the standard cost of the design + a flat custom fee ($5 for simple customisations, $10 for more complex changes) + the cost of any additional materials. Full payment is required upfront.

Bespoke Pieces

We're also open to collaborating on entirely original designs, whether jewellery, accessories, or something in between. At this time, we are not accepting commissions for garments or similar large-scale items.

Pricing for bespoke items varies depending on complexity, materials, and estimated working hours. You’ll receive a finalised quote before any payment is made.

Bespoke Design Process

1. Submit Your Enquiry

Fill out the custom request form below with your ideas, including as much detail as possible.

2. Design Consultation

We’ll follow up via email to clarify any details and share design options based on your concept.

3. Final Quote

Once the design is finalised, we’ll provide you with a quote and estimated production timeline.

4. Payment & Production

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Work will begin once payment is received. You’ll receive progress updates once every two weeks at minimum.

5. Completion & Shipping

When your piece is finished, we’ll invoice you for the remaining balance. Once paid, your custom piece will be shipped out.

To request a custom piece, please fill out this form - the more detail you provide, the better! Once submitted, we’ll review your request and get back to you via email within a few business days.

Custom Order Policies

  • We reserve the right to decline custom requests that don’t align with the Silver Seraph style or that we feel we cannot execute faithfully.
  • We do not replicate work from other artists or brands. You're welcome to provide reference images for inspiration — we’ll reinterpret them through our unique lens.

  • Only minor revisions can be made to a bespoke design once it has been finalised.
  • Custom designs are not exclusive by default and may be adapted or reproduced for future sale. If you wish for your design to remain exclusive, please let us know in your submission - additional fees may apply.

  • Due to their made-to-order nature, all custom pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • In the instance that a custom cannot be completed (due to lack of materials or other unavoidable circumstances) a full refund will be provided
  • Our general Returns & Repairs policy also applies to all custom orders
