No change-of-mind refunds are available for purchases. All other requests for refunds or returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Any repairs will be completed for free within the first 2 years of purchase, excluding instances where damage is a result of misuse or lack of care. Extender chain length adjustments are offered free of charge for most items prior to shipping, however resizing requests after delivery may incur a small charge.
